THE WEDDING DAY
Jessica & Marvin’s wedding day at Farm 12 was the perfect way to kick off the summer season of weddings here in Seattle! Starting the day with getting ready photos amongst their favorite people, Jessica and Marvin were able to keep the nervous butterflies at bay. The first look shared between these two was nothing short of sweet and romantic, as Marvin most definitely shed a few tears (I mean, DUH, Jessica looked amazing!).
J&M’s family, friends, and wedding party were full of laughter, storytelling, and a few rounds of shots during the reception. The ROUNDS of friends photos we did truly showcased that J&M are surrounded by a tight-knit community that deeply cares about them and commemorating any get-together with 1.2 billion photo combos. Good thing we shoot digital 😉
Even though the day was overcast, the sun peaked out at the perfect moment for their final sunset photo in the flower fields. I couldn’t be more grateful that J&M trusted me to document their big day, I hope you enjoy these images as much as I do!
THE VENUE AT FARM 12
With rustic barns, an elegant Event Hall, and a sweeping outdoor view of Mt. Rainier, combine to offer a variety of unique and beautiful backdrops, their venue at Farm 12 was pure perfection. It rests in the heart of the Puyallup Valley which is a region that has some of the richest and most fertile soil in the country, making everything within it stunning.
They have plenty of variety when it comes to ceremony locations within this venue. There is their event hall, the Festival Barn Courtyard, and the Loveland Greenhouse. Beyond the expansive locations to choose from for your ceremony, the venue itself also had the most amazing catering, ample parking, and great facilities.
Not to mention my favorite part, the gorgeous fields for sunset that are adjacent to it. Oh, how I love me some good sunset bride and groom portraits during golden hour. Scroll down to see them along with many of the moments from Jessica and Marvin’s magical day.
