Awe! Lauren & Bert’s Lincoln Park engagement session is a super special one. These two flew into Seattle for this special session…at exactly the same time I was out of town for a business trip. My incredible colleague and friend, Sydney, stepped in to document this evening for me so I could edit & deliver their images! Big kudos to Sydney for being an amazing photographer and creating such gorgeous images.
Lauren and Bert met in their freshman year of college while they lived in the same dorm room building…and the rest is history! Lauren really loves how funny and goofy Bert can be. He is always cooking and trying new recipes for them to try together. He even squishes the spiders that Lauren refuses to face alone 😉 Bert loves how smart and hardworking Lauren is while balancing it with her humor and silliness. Bert’s favorite thing to do with Lauren is to have a lazy weekend that includes brunch, coffee, and a dog walk.
I asked them what their favorite memory of their relationship is so far and here’s what they said:
We went to Barcelona two years ago and had so much fun. The day we got there was 100 degrees and we were so tired from traveling all day. We found a restaurant with air conditioning and had muscles for dinner. It was one of the best meals we’ve ever had and we still talk about it all the time!
So fun!
