I know right now the world feels pretty upside down. It's hard to navigate the day-to-day when you have so much coming at you but I wanted to create a few simple resources for you to consider during this time.
Please always put health and safety at the forefront of your plans, as I know your vendor teams will be doing the same. We are here for you, we have your back and we can't wait to celebrate with you in whatever capacity that looks like.

Most couples have never been professionally photographed together before, so it’s great to have this “warm up” prior to the wedding so we get all those kinks and jitters out before the big day. They’re also a great way for the three of us to get to know each other. You get to know all my bad dad jokes that make you laugh and I get to know how you two like to be photographed.
Engagement sessions are a beautiful way to start telling your love story. We pick a killer location, you bring 1-2 outfits and we let the light guide us through an awesome session. My ultimate goal is to just have you two enjoying an afternoon or evening out with me and my camera. It’s like you’re on a date and I’m your third wheel.
Plus! There are some great perks to having these photos. You can use them for your Save the Dates, your wedding website which will host your registry, and of course your engagement album...plus, put them all over social media and show how cute you are! It’s okay to be selfish once in a while.
I'm so excited to tell you we have THREE different kind of engagement//couple sessions. Here is a little more about them:
Classic Engagement: Within the Seattle City Limits $500
Adventure Engagement: Within 60 miles of Seattle $750
EPIC Engagement: Anywhere within Washington State $950

For current brides of Sarah Anne Photography, here are some quick answers to some specific questions you or your family might have.

A: Your contract allows you to reschedule your wedding date to any date I'm available for within 1 calendar year of your original date without any rescheduling fee.
If you cancel within 60 days of your wedding day, you are still responsible for your final invoice.
A: If you're within 1 calendar year of your original wedding date, there is no rescheduling fee.
Due to COVID-19, I am currently not applying any rescheduling fees. I ask that you consider moving your date to a Friday or Sunday in 2021 to leave dates available for new 2021 brides.
A: Please send me a few options that your venue has provided. I will do my best to be available but cannot guarantee availability. It is possible I will have an associate available to shoot your wedding and I will continue to edit and deliver your final images.
A: If I am available for your new date, we will need to sign a cancellation contract and a new contract for the new date. There is no fee associated with rescheduling this season.
A: If I am unavailable for your date, I will attempt to hire an associate with a similar style to photograph your wedding. I will continue to edit and deliver your final images and maintain correspondence.
If this is not suitable or available, I will send you a list of my very best referrals to ensure you find someone amazing...and then cry, because I can't be there!
A: Staying home and staying healthy!
I am also prepared to bring extra PPE with me to keep myself and your guests safe. I will use longer lenses so I can maintain a safe distance and of course carrying a cute mask with me to stay extra safe.
A: Yes, I am happy to work with you and your family to come up with a plan for broadcasting or recording your wedding for your family and friends to see. If you have a videographer hired as well, I'll work with them to make sure they are on-board as well.
A: YAS! This is (as you have heard) a time full of unknowns. We have never navigated a wedding season like this, but I assure you we (as an industry) are working together to still bring the best experience to all our couples.
